Double Chocolate Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Line a muffin tin.

  2. Whisk butter and sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk, yogurt, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla,

  3. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients with chocolate chips

  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures. Don't overmix

  5. Fill muffin cups. Top with extra chips.

  6. Bake at 425F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 375F (190C) and bake 13-15 more minutes

  7. Cool and enjoy.
