Slap Ya Momma Pound Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, oil, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and pourable. Drizzle over cooled cake.
