Mix Hot water, sugar, salt, and ube flavoring together in a bowl.
Add half the glutinous rice flour and stir to mix. Then add the rest and mix again.
Knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
Scoop 1 tbsp of dough and form around the cheese cube.
Roll in sesame seeds. Then roll again to help seeds stick.
Fry over in oil over medium heat. Once it starts to float, cook for 1-2 minutes more then remove from oil.
