Line an 18 x 25cm tray / dish with baking paper
Crush biscuits in a food processor or use a rolling pin
In a large saucepan, melt together condensed milk, butter, and golden syrup
Add biscuits and coconut to melted mixture, mix well and press firmly into prepared tray
Melt together over double boiler the Whittaker's Blondie chocolate and coconut oil
Mix until smooth and spread evenly over biscuit base
