Creamy Garlic Shrimp Rice Bowl
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and slightly charred.

  2. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Add cooked rice to a bowl. Top with sautéed greens and the grilled shrimp.

  4. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the shrimp and rice.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds or herbs and enjoy!
