Smoked Crab Stuffed Shrimp
  1. Remove the shells from the shrimp but leave the tail. Cut alongside the back of the shrimp, open it up and add a scoop of the filling.

  2. Make these in a cast iron skillet with a little butter and more rub on the top. Cook on the Weber Grill Searwood at 275 degrees until the shrimp is cooked through, about 25 minutes or so.

  3. Remove, top with shredded parmesan, lemon juice and parsley.
