Mix water, yeast, and honey. Leave for 10 minutes.
Add oil, flour, and salt. Mix with a spoon until combined. No kneading needed.
Cover and let rise 1½ hours, until doubled in size.
Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and shape into pretzels as shown in the video.
Place on oven rack or baking tray, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 480°F (250°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden. Enjoy!
