Easy Homemade Pretzels
  1. Mix water, yeast, and honey. Leave for 10 minutes.

  2. Add oil, flour, and salt. Mix with a spoon until combined. No kneading needed.

  3. Cover and let rise 1½ hours, until doubled in size.

  4. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and shape into pretzels as shown in the video.

  5. Place on oven rack or baking tray, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with coarse salt.

  6. Bake at 480°F (250°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden. Enjoy!
