In a large bowl, whisk flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
Add warm water and olive oil; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn onto a floured surface and knead until elastic and smooth (5-7 mins by hand / 3-4 mins in a mixer).
Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (1 Hour).
Divide dough into 2 balls, cover, and let rest for 30 mins for easier stretching (optional).
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet.
Stretch dough, add toppings, and bake for 10-15 mins until golden.
