Roast tomatoes, red pepper and button mushrooms
Combine 200g yoghurt with dill, salt, pepper and 1 tsp garlic paste
Soft boil 1 egg
Serve roasted vegetables with yoghurt mixture, soft boiled egg and spelt bread
For Cilbir: Spread 200g thick Greek yogurt on a plate, season with salt and pepper
Fry 2 eggs in 1 tsp butter until whites are set but yolks are runny
Top yogurt with fried eggs, sprinkle with chilli flakes, paprika, fresh herbs and garlic paste
Serve with toasted bread
For Avocado bowl: Spread 200g thick Greek yogurt on a plate, season with salt, pepper, dill and chives
Cook sweet potato and season with salt, garlic, pepper and sweet smoked paprika
Mix avocado with cottage cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and lime juice
Top yogurt with sweet potato, tomatoes, avocado mixture, feta cheese, parsley and chilli flakes
