Slice yellow squash and green zucchini in either coins or sticks.
Slice onion into ½ inch slices and slice each slice into quarters.
Place into saute pan with butter and seasonings.
Allow to saute over medium heat for a good 15 minutes, stirring every so often to brown and caramelize the veggies.
Add olives once the veggies are browning well.
Add minced garlic in the last few minutes.
