Add sugar, water, corn syrup, and honey to a saucepan over medium-high heat
Stir until sugar dissolves, then stop stirring — gently swirl the pan instead
Once mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage), remove from heat
Quickly whisk in baking soda — it will foam up instantly
Pour into a lined pan and let cool completely (about 1 hour)
Break into pieces and dip in melted milk chocolate
Let set and enjoy
