Moong Dal Namkeen
  1. Soak the moong dal in water for a minimum of 4-5 hours.

  2. Spread the soaked moong dal on a clean cloth and dry it completely to remove excess moisture.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the dried moong dal until crisp.

  4. Remove the fried moong dal and let it cool completely.

  5. Add salt to the cooled moong dal and mix well.
