40g Protein Salted Caramel Ice Cream
  1. Remove pits and soak dates in warm water for 20 mins until softened

  2. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. You don't want to add too much liquid because it should be a caramel consistency, so add as little creamer as possible to still get the consistency. You will have to stop the blender to scrape down the sides in between to make sure everything is combined

  3. Store in an air tight jar in the fridge for a week

  4. Combine everything in a ninja creami cup, place in freezer for at least 12 hours (I usually do overnight and then eat it the following evening)

  5. When time to eat, run the sides under water for 20 seconds, mix first on lite ice cream, remove, scrape down the sides, add scoop of date caramel, hit 'mix in'

  6. In a pan over medium low heat, heat 1 tbsp ghee or butter, take a few halved dates/banana slices and place on pan. Wait until they get crispy on one side, then flip, sprinkle with cinnamon and salt

  7. Remove and serve!
