Biscoff Caramel Slice
  1. Make the base by crushing the Biscoff biscuits and mixing with melted butter.

  2. Press the base into a baking tin and refrigerate.

  3. Make the caramel by cooking the sweetened condensed milk until thick and golden.

  4. Spread the caramel over the base and refrigerate.

  5. Melt the Biscoff spread and pour over the caramel layer.

  6. Refrigerate until set.
