    For the bread dough

  1. Mix with spoon until well combined

  1. Add to wets and mix with spoon until shaggy dough forms.

  1. Using a stand mixer with dough hook attached, mix until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

  2. Cut into 40g pieces.

  3. Roll to seal and rest for 30 minutes.

  4. While resting, make the filling.

    For the filling

  1. Mix margarine and sugar until smooth and well combined.

  1. Add bread crumbs and powdered milk and mix to combine.

  2. After the dough has rested 30 minutes, roll out the dough and add 1 tbsp of filling.

  3. Seal the edge by bring the top over the filling to seal, then roll up the dough.

  4. Coat with additional bread crumbs.

  5. Cover the dough and rest 1 hour.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 22 minutes.
