Chocolate Chip Granola Bars {giveaway!}
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips. Stir to combine.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the canola oil, vanilla, and honey. Pour wet ingredients over the oats mixture and stir well to combine. Spread on the prepared cookie sheet and shape it into a 9” x 13” rectangle, about 1” thick. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden and dry to the touch.

  4. Cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes, then cut into desired size bars with a serrated knife. Wrap individually in parchment paper or wax paper.
