Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a bowl mix Olive oil, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and garlic powder.
Lay the chicken thighs and potato wedges on a large baking sheet or baking dish.
Pour the lemon garlic mixture over everything and toss well so the chicken and potatoes are fully coated. Spread into a single layer. And add lemon slices on top!
Bake for 45–60 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
Broil for 5 minutes to crisp the chicken skin and potatoes.
Finish with banana peppers, olives, and crumbled feta before serving.
