Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Unroll pizza dough. With a pizza cutter, cut dough lengthwise into 8 long strips. Then cut those in half to make 16 strips.
Twist each bread strip and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Combine melted butter, garlic, oregano, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Add cooked bread twists and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired
