Harissa Roast Cauliflower
  1. Mix together the harissa, tomato paste and 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste. Mix together with the cauliflower and onion and roast at 190c until tender. Stir in the cauli leaves and roast for a further 3-4 mins

  2. Blend the tofu, garlic, lemon & salt until smooth in a food processor

  3. Layer up the dressing & cauliflower, top with parsley and serve with flatbreads
