Steak & Shrimp Hibachi
  1. Season steak, shrimp, and vegetables with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper

  2. Cook cubed steak in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes until desired temperature is reached

  3. Cook shrimp in the same pan for 1-2 minutes

  4. Sauté vegetables on medium heat with 1 tbsp butter until tender, about 4-5 minutes

  5. For fried rice: heat 2-3 tbsp butter in a pan and add minced garlic and diced onions

  6. Add day old white rice to the pan and stir

  7. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the rice

  8. Push rice to the side and scramble whisked eggs in the pan, then mix with rice

  9. Add frozen peas and carrots and cook until heated through

  10. Season with pepper to taste

  11. For white sauce: mix mayo, water, tomato paste, rice vinegar, melted butter, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika

  12. Refrigerate white sauce for at least 1 hour before serving
