Crispy Beef Tacos For Weight Loss
  1. Lightly oil down your pan and when hot, drop in the lean ground beef.

  2. Work the ground beef down with a wooden spoon.

  3. Add the finely chopped onion.

  4. Add the garlic.

  5. Add the taco spices: oregano, onion, garlic, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and Sazon.

  6. Sprinkle in some starch and stir in with some water.

  7. Lay the ground beef mixture on the high fiber tortillas.

  8. Top each taco with a little reduced fat cheese.

  9. Oil down a sheet tray and lay the tacos out.

  10. Lightly spray the tacos with oil and sprinkle with paprika.

  11. Bake at 425°F for about 10 minutes or until crispy.

  12. Make a dipping sauce with low fat Greek yogurt, red taco sauce, water, and taco seasoning.
