Lightly oil down your pan and when hot, drop in the lean ground beef.
Work the ground beef down with a wooden spoon.
Add the finely chopped onion.
Add the garlic.
Add the taco spices: oregano, onion, garlic, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and Sazon.
Sprinkle in some starch and stir in with some water.
Lay the ground beef mixture on the high fiber tortillas.
Top each taco with a little reduced fat cheese.
Oil down a sheet tray and lay the tacos out.
Lightly spray the tacos with oil and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 425°F for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
Make a dipping sauce with low fat Greek yogurt, red taco sauce, water, and taco seasoning.
