Weight Loss Apple Fritters
  1. Mix fritter ingredients and pour into a mini muffin pan or you can make one large Apple fritter by pouring the batter in a bowl. Microwave for45 seconds.

  2. Mix together the protein and milk for icing until smooth.

  3. Remove the cooked fritters toss in icing then coat in the sweetener & cinnamon mix.
