Crunchy Cabbage Salad With Peanut Dressing
  1. Add all of the ingredients for the dressing to a small bowl and whisk well to combine. Add more water to thin the dressing out if necessary, or do as I do and leave it thick. Note: If you have a small blender such as a magic bullet, you can use it to blend up the dressing.

  2. Thinly slice and chop the green cabbage, red cabbage, bell pepper, and cucumber and grate the carrots. Transfer all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl.

  3. Add your desired amount of dressing and use salad tongs or two large wooden spoons to toss everything together.

  4. Serve salad immediately, and enjoy!
