Mix beef mince with all spices, onion, and ginger garlic paste.
Marinate for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
Add chopped coriander and green chillies. Mix well.
Transfer to an oven-safe dish or sheet pan and flatten evenly.
Divide into 6 portions and mark impressions. Brush with oil.
Bake on the lowest oven rack at highest temperature (250°C or 480°F) for 15-20 minutes.
(Optional) Mix tomato paste, hot sauce, and olive oil. Brush on top.
Broil on the top rack for 4-5 minutes until golden.
Avoid overcooking to keep kababs juicy.
