Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Bites Tortellini With Broccoli
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp, or roast at 425°F for 15 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in cream and broth, simmering 2–3 minutes.

  5. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Stir in Italian seasoning and parsley.

  6. Toss in tortellini, broccoli, and steak bites. Mix gently until everything is coated in the creamy garlic butter sauce.

  7. Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
