Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Arrange pear halves cut-side up, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Fill pears with feta, scatter cranberries and walnuts on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until pears are tender and cheese golden.
Remove from oven, drizzle honey, and garnish with thyme.
Serve warm as appetizer or dessert.
