Mango Cheesecake
  1. Preheat oven to 170℃ / 338℉

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender or mixer → blend until completely smooth.

  3. Pour into a lined loaf pan → water-bath bake at 160℃ / 320℉ for 70 mins.

  4. Let it cool → cover and chill in the fridge (overnight is best!).
