Ingredients
Mix water, yeast, and honey in stand mixer bowl and let sit for 10 minutes until it gets bubbly.
Heat butter until melted
Combine butter, salt, and 4½ cups flour into the bowl with the bloomed yeast.
Mix with dough hook until it comes together into a ball then add the remaining ½ cup of flour and mix
Cover bowl with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for an hour
Punch dough down and remove from bowl, divide into 2 equal sections
Stretch each section into a rectangle and roll into a log
Place each log into a greased loaf pan and cover with towel to rise for another hour
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
