15 Minute Chinese Chicken Curry & Rice
  1. Slice the onion chunky and cube the chicken. Pan fry in butter for a few minutes before adding the garlic, curry powder, salt, pepper, chicken stock and milk.

  2. Add five spice, soy sauce, and a cornstarch slurry. Add the frozen peas and cook for a further few minutes until the sauce thickens up.

  3. Serve with rice!
