Ingredients:
For the Ice Cubes (Yields 16 cubes, enough for 8 smoothies):
For the Smoothie Packs (Yields 8 packs):
To Make the Smoothie (Per Pack):
Prepare the Ice Cubes:
Combine oat milk, mint extract, vanilla extract, ground flaxseed, and pink Himalayan salt in a bowl.
Mix well and pour into an ice cube tray to create 16 cubes.
Freeze completely.
Assemble the Smoothie Packs:
Place 2 ice cubes into each small sandwich bag.
Add ¼ cup frozen bananas, ¼ cup frozen avocado, ½ cup frozen spinach, 1 Tbsp cacao nibs or powder, 1 date, and 1 Tbsp sunflower butter to each bag.
Repeat until all ingredients are used (8 packs total).
Store the packs in the freezer until ready to use.
Blend the Smoothie (Per Serving):
When ready, blend the contents of one smoothie pack with:
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup unsweetened oat milk
5 g green powder (half scoop)
¼ cup rolled oats (optional)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
