Apple Almond Shrimp Salad
  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.

  2. Chop cooked shrimp and diced apple into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Toast almonds if needed and roughly chop.

  4. Toss shrimp, apples, and almonds in the dressing.

  5. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
