Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the pork chop dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Rub olive oil over both sides of the pork chop, then coat evenly with the spice mix.
Place the pork chop in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through at the 5 minute mark.
Remove from the air fryer and let the pork chop rest, covered, for 10 minutes before serving.
