Prepare Topping
Mix olive oil, garlic, and parsley.
Bake Focaccia
Oil a baking pan and place dough in it.
Spread half the garlic mixture on top. Fold dough ends over each other and flip.
Rest dough 30 minutes, ensuring it spreads evenly.
Dimple dough with fingers.
Top with remaining garlic mixture.
Bake at 290°C for 10 minutes.
