Cook the 5-6 pounds of ground turkey in an Instant Pot for 25 minutes.
Cook the 2 sweet potatoes, 4 carrots, 1 ½ cups of rice, 7 ounces of spinach, 12 ounces of green beans, and 12 ounces of peas in the Instant Pot for 25 minutes.
Mix the cooked meat, vegetables, and rice together in a large container.
Add the 7.5 ounces of pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, ⅓ cup of beef liver, and optional turmeric and black pepper.
Stir everything together until well combined.
