Air Fryer Apple Pie Pockets
  1. Combine pie apple, almond meal and caramel in a bowl.

  2. Lay the wrappers on a clean work surface and spoon about 70g of filling onto each wrapper. Brush sides with a little egg. Fold sides over and roll up.

  3. Brush tops of 4 apple pockets with a little butter and place, buttered-side down in the basket of an air fryer. Brush with a little more butter and air fry at 200°C for 8 minutes. Repeat to cook 4 remaining apple pockets.

  4. Serve with ice-cream and a drizzle of extra caramel sauce.
