2-ingredient Corn Wraps
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced) and line a tray with baking paper

  2. Add corn and separate into 3 rounds

  3. Sprinkle each with mozzarella

  4. Bake for 12–15 mins, until golden and the edges crisp up

  5. Let them cool before peeling off – if you don't wait, they'll fall apart
