Wet-wet Sauce
  1. Chop up green onions, garlic, and ginger and toss them into a heat-resistant bowl.

  2. Add sesame seeds and Korean chili flakes to the bowl.

  3. Heat a neutral oil until very hot and pour it into the spice mixture, standing back to avoid splatters.

  4. Let the mixture infuse for a few minutes.

  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar until combined.
