  1. Lay out the filo pastry sheets and brush about a tbsp of olive oil on top.

  2. Place the block of feta cheese in the middle and fold the filo pastry sheets like you're wrapping a parcel.

  3. Heat up the additional olive oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. After a minute, add the tiropita and fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.

  4. Place the crispy tiropita on a plate lined with kitchen roll to absorb the excess oil. Then remove and serve with honey and sesame seeds on top.
