Easy Black Bean Salad
  1. In a bowl or glass measuring cup, combine the lime juice, oil, cumin, salt and pepper.

  2. Whisk until combined.

  3. Set Aside.

  4. Combine the beans, bell pepper, tomato, corn, cucumber, green onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a medium bowl.

  5. Stir until ingredients are well distributed.

  6. Pour the prepared dressing over the bean mixture, tossing to combine.

  7. Chill until serving time.
