Mix flour, water, yeast, salt, oil, and sugar together
Under mix the dough to allow for stretch and folds to build gluten
If using a mixer, add crushed ice to manage dough temperature
Ball the dough the day before pizza, or 3-5 hours on the day of making pizza
Allow 48-72 hours of total fermentation
Shape and top pizzas as desired
Bake in pizza oven or home oven until crust is golden and toppings are cooked
