Dave's Pizza Dough
  1. Mix flour, water, yeast, salt, oil, and sugar together

  2. Under mix the dough to allow for stretch and folds to build gluten

  3. If using a mixer, add crushed ice to manage dough temperature

  4. Ball the dough the day before pizza, or 3-5 hours on the day of making pizza

  5. Allow 48-72 hours of total fermentation

  6. Shape and top pizzas as desired

  7. Bake in pizza oven or home oven until crust is golden and toppings are cooked
