Add vanilla yogurt, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract to a medium bowl and mix.
Add PB2 one cup at a time mixing until well incorporated.
Roll each ball into about the size of a quarter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze them for 10-15 minutes.
While the dough cools heat your dark chocolate and coconut oil.
Using a toothpick to pickup each dough ball, place in melted chocolate and guide it back and forth.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
