Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites
  1. Add vanilla yogurt, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract to a medium bowl and mix.

  2. Add PB2 one cup at a time mixing until well incorporated.

  3. Roll each ball into about the size of a quarter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze them for 10-15 minutes.

  4. While the dough cools heat your dark chocolate and coconut oil.

  5. Using a toothpick to pickup each dough ball, place in melted chocolate and guide it back and forth.

  6. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
