Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces
Marinate chicken with cracked black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, salt, plain flour, corn flour, and egg
Coat chicken well with marinade ingredients to create a thin coating
Heat vegetable oil on medium flame in a pan
Carefully add marinated chicken to hot oil without overcrowding the pan
Fry for 5-6 minutes until chicken is nicely cooked and has a good crust
Drain excessive oil from the fried chicken
In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil on medium heat
Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, green chillies, and peppers, sauté for 30-40 seconds
Add cracked black peppercorns, red chilli paste, tomato ketchup, and dark soy sauce
Cook the sauce for 30-40 seconds
Add fried chicken to the sauce and coat well
Cook for about 1 minute to keep the crust intact
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and coat well
Serve immediately
