Brown the sausage & onion in a large Dutch Oven pot
Once browned, add the garlic and stir
Add the flour and stir into the sausage
Add basil, oregano, cayenne, hot sauce, mustard powder, pepper and stir
Add chicken broth and mix
Add heavy cream and bring it to a boil
Turn down the heat to low/medium and add kale and tortellini
Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes
