Frozen Aperol Spritz
  1. Start by filling an ice tray, half with Aperol and half with orange juice, and let freeze over night.

  2. The next day, use a stick blender to blend together 4 cubes of each with about 3oz of Prosecco.

  3. Blend until smooth and pour into a coupe or spritz glass.

  4. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
