In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until finely chopped.
Transfer the chopped cranberries to a bowl and add jalapeno, cilantro, green onion, honey, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir to combine.
Cover and chill the salsa in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
To serve, place the softened cream cheese on a serving platter.
Pour the cranberry salsa over the cream cheese.
Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
