Spicy Pork Wonton With Chili Oil
  1. In a bowl, mix together the pork, ginger, ½ cup sliced green onions, toasted sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until it forms a homogenous paste.

  2. Take a wonton wrapper and place 2 teaspoons of filling in the middle. Lightly wet the edges of the wrapper and pinch together to seal tightly around the filling. Repeat for all wontons.

  3. Make the spicy chili oil by combining garlic and chili flakes in a heatproof bowl. Heat vegetable oil in a pot until shimmery, then pour over the garlic and chili flakes. Stir in Bachan’s Hot and Spicy Barbecue Sauce and toasted sesame oil. Set aside.

  4. Boil a large pot of water. Add wontons and cook until they float and are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

  5. Serve the cooked wontons in individual bowls, top with spicy chili oil, garnish with green onions, and enjoy!
