Blueberry Muffin Baked Protein Oatmeal
  1. Mash bananas in a bowl then whisk in eggs, maple syrup, and almond milk

  2. Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips and blueberries) to the bowl and mix then add chocolate chips and blueberries

  3. Add mixture to a greased baking dish and bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes

  4. Let cool before slicing

  5. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days
