Prepare the frying oil by heating it to 325 degrees in a large frying pan.
Prepare the breading station by whisking the eggs in a medium bowl and adding the buttermilk or beer for the egg wash. In another bowl, combine Meat Church Chicken Fried Breading with 2 tablespoons of Meat Church Holy Voodoo.
Cut the bacon in half to make it easier to fry, season it with BLANCO, then double dredge it by coating in the breading, dipping in the egg wash, and recoating in the breading.
Fry the bacon in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove the bacon from the oil and drain on a wire rack. Serve with Meat Church Homemade Jalapeño Ranch or Cream Gravy.
