Buckwheat Groats - Basic Recipe
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan on high heat.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat to low, cover & let simmer for 15 minutes, or until all water is absorbed & groats are tender.

  4. Do not stir during cooking to avoid mushiness.
