Bircher Muesli
  1. Combine 140g rolled oats, 60g mixed nuts, 50g pumpkin seeds, 45g dessicated coconut, 45g raisins, 20g flax seeds, and 20g chia seeds to make the muesli mix

  2. Store the muesli mix in a jar or airtight container

  3. For a serving, combine ½ cup muesli mix, ½ cup milk of choice, ½ grated apple, and ¼ cup greek or plain yoghurt

  4. Let the mixture soak for at least 15 minutes before eating, or leave it overnight in the fridge
